Hi, I'm Angel!
I'm a wife, mother, past teacher, former lawyer and professionally certified coach.
I'm also 100% a control freak, everything-has-to-be-perfect, highly competitive, quintessential Type A.
As a first-born high-achiever, I spent years over-working as a teacher and a lawyer, constantly worrying about things beyond my control, and staying stuck in people-pleasing mode. When I became a mother, things only felt harder. It felt like I wasn't doing motherhood right, like happiness was just out of reach.
Then I learned how to incorporate time management and psychology-based tools to shift my mindset. Everything changed.
I learned how to:
